55
Gallon Supply Pumps
|
|
Ram mounted pumps are used with open-top drums to empty the drum
and supply the material to 1-part and 2-part metering systems,
manual dispensing systems and booster pump stations.
Air powered Ram mounted supply pumps are available with 2-Ball or
Chop-Check mounted pumps for low to high viscosity materials.
Ram mounted pumps are available in a variety of flow rate sizes
and power ratios and are also available in 300 Gallon rams for
MagnaDrum bulk containers.
Bung mounted pumps are available for closed-lid 55 gallon
drums. These pumps dispense solvent and other
low-viscosity materials for dispensing applications.
Prolong the service life of your rods, seals and packings
using #2200-1022 Seal-Sav'r™
lubricant.

5 Gallon Supply Pumps
|
- Cart Mount
- Pail Top Mount
- Pressure Tank Mount
- Ram Mount
Material supply pumps are available with 2-Ball pump lowers
for low viscosity materials and with Chop-Check pump lowers
for high viscosity materials.
2-Ball Pumps can be mounted in virtually any supply method.
Chop-check pumps are normally cart or ram mounted.
Ram mounted pumps have a follower plate and are used with
higher viscosity materials or higher flow rates in open-top
5-gallon plastic or metal pails to supply the material to
1-part and 2-part metering systems or manual dispensing
systems.
These supply pumps are available in a variety of flow rate sizes,
power ratios and mounting styles and are selected to meet the
flow and pressure requirements of the dispensing application.

Booster Pumps
Booster pumps (2-Ball and Chop-Check) are used in material
supply assemblies to increase fluid pressure and flow rate
from a primary supply pump to one or more dispensing stations.
Transfer Pumps
Floor stands are available for mounting 2-ball and chop-check
transfer pumps. These pumps are fed from bulk supply vessels,
day-tanks, tote tanks or low-pressure vessels and supply
material to other tanks or dispensing systems.
